Online Registration

Online Registration is mandatory for all the students who passed out in the year 2020 on the link provided below. The registration is mandatory even if you opt to receive the degree in absentia. The last date to register is 12^th December 2020. Students who shall fail to register by 12^th January 2020 will receive the degree in absentia.

Dress Code

The dress code for the occasion is ethnic Kurta, Churidar Pyjama and Turban with Black Shoes for males and females. The Churidar, Pyjama and Turban will be provided on the Convocation day, i.e. Saturday, 18^th January 2020.

Rehearsal

Rehearsal for the Convocation is scheduled on 18^th January 2020 at the convocation venue at 9:00 am. It is of utmost importance to be present for the rehearsal on time since the occasion demands discipline and flawless procedures for collection of awards/degree certificate. Thus, it is mandatory to attend the rehearsal process in order to make the event smooth and memorable, failing which the students will not be permitted to receive the degree on stage.
